Product Overview

This product includes a clean, accurately aligned 3D scan of key exterior body areas from a 4th Generation Mazda3 Sedan (BP chassis), captured using a Shining3D EinStar 2 in laser mode for maximum surface fidelity and dimensional accuracy.

Designed for builders, fabricators, designers, and CAD users, this scan provides reliable reference geometry for developing widebody kits, fender flares, side skirts, replacement panels, and custom body components — without the need to physically scan a vehicle yourself.

This is reference-grade scan data, not a full vehicle model.

IMPORTANT NOTE : The car that was scanned had a hatchback bumper conversion, bumper area might not be identical to the Sedan model.

Scan Capture & Alignment Notes (IMPORTANT)

This scan is composed of multiple individual scan passes, which have been manually aligned into a single working dataset.

  • ✔ All parts are roughly aligned in vehicle space

  • ✔ Scale is preserved across all components

  • Further fine alignment may be required depending on your workflow and accuracy requirements

Because of this:

  • Minor positional adjustments may be necessary for high-precision CAD work

  • Users performing mold design, tight-tolerance panel work, or full vehicle surfacing should expect to refine alignment as part of their process

This is normal and expected for large multi-panel vehicle scans.
